Starting and resting point, the Sweet Home apartment in Santa Severa, just 300 meters from the beaches, is located on the second floor of a private building where there is a common courtyard with a private entrance equipped with a parking space and a bicycle rack.
It consists of a double bedroom with a single bed, a bedroom with two single beds (which can become a double with the addition of a topper), a living room with kitchenette equipped with gas hob, electric oven , microwave, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Inside the large living room there is a sofa bed. A bathroom with a comfortable tub / shower completes the apartment which can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people.

The apartment is self-contained and air-conditioned even if the feedback air currents make the indoor climate pleasant in a natural way.

There is a veranda where you can have meals outdoors.

To offer the best comfort, all the apartments we offer are equipped with free wi-fi (100 GB), independent air conditioning system and a 37 ″ LCD color TV; the first set of linen and the fully equipped kitchen are provided for each booking. For those who do not want to cook the restaurant-pizzeria and the bar-pastry shop Cattive Compagnie (about 200 meters away) offer delicious specialties in agreement.
